OT Services Property Limited is a Hampshire based company offering a wide range of building and reactive maintenance work predominantly within the leisure & hospitality sector and residential care industry. We work with some of the largest public house and hotel chains in Hampshire and the surrounding area, along with several private healthcare organisations, and pride ourselves in carrying out prompt repairs and maintenance work within these sectors.

Alongside this we work on behalf of property and facilities management companies to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service, keeping their residential and commercial properties up and running year round.

Our Managing Director, Ollie, started OT Services following a 10+ year career within the construction industry. During this time he gained a vast amount of experience working in commercial settings, in roles such as construction site manager, project manager dealing with off-site modular construction, crane operator (amongst other heavy plant), plus a few home renovations of his own along the way!

Following over a decade of working within various companies, in 2023 Ollie founded OT Services Property LTD, with the hope of building a business which provides all manner of maintenance work, at a consistently high standard, for a fair price. We pride ourselves in our meticulous approach to maintenance, and work with our clients to achieve the results they require every time.
